Example of healthy eye


If you want to keep a good quality of your vision there are tips that can help you protect your eyes.


1. Consume berries and prunes. Most of the fruit is very rich purple with a compound known as "anthocyanidins" are proven to be beneficial to eye health.

2. Consume green vegetables such as spinach, spinach, mustard and the like because it is very rich in beta carotene which is good for the eyes.

3. Take the fruits that are orange or yellow
like a lemon, papaya and mango. This colored fruits, very good for the eyes because beta-carotene contained in it is very high.

4.Take orange and red vegetable such as carrots, tomatoes and pumpkins also contain beta carotene which is very high. Take this daily diet at least one cup a day to keep your body always get a constant source of beta carotene.

5. Eye exercise is very good for eye health. Blink trick with his eyes closed because it can reduce the inflammation and tiredness in the eyes.

6. Reduce stress on the eye by placing slices of cucumber on your eyelids.


7. Enough sleep will help relax your eyes and make your eyes look fresh and lifeless.

8. Avoid your eyes from a bright light
because it will affect your vision. Wear dark glasses to protect your eyes.
