There are various reasons why headaches occur. Usually we just eat medicine and sleeps in the hope of headache will go away after waking up later. But what about if you are
allergic to medication migraine? or headaches still occur despite repeatedly taking medications. Here are some useful tips to effectively solve the headache without medication:
1. Drink plain Water / Lime water / Tea
There are possibility that your body's thirst (dehydration). So restore body fluids needs with the best drinks, plain water or if you want delicious, lime water or tea. Drink two or three glasses of plain water a sip-sip, rest.
2. Breathe More Efficient While Close Eye
A study showed that about 50% of the world's population breathe really 'right'. Possibility headaches occur from lack of oxygen. So calm, deep breaths while close your eyes for a moment (relax eye muscles cause headaches).
3. Spa / Steam / hot water bath
Soaking in hot water or steam treatment or get in the steam bags can be bought in supermarkets for home usage. Or visit the nearby spa room to get rawatn steam.
4. Pinch / Massage head
Take a small towel, wet with cold water. Press gently towel-press on the back of the head red neck. This method will reduce the tension that occurs around the head.
5. Meditation / Sleep
Easiest and most effective way. Close lighting / drapery / television etc., relax and sleep in peace.
