          The government should make it compulsory for companies that have more than 1000 employees to provide childcare centre sevices. Many a time, we see women quit the workforce to take care of their young children to ensure that quality time, right coaching and discipline are instilled on them

          The rising cost of hiring maid is forcing urban middle-class parents to send their childrren to private childcare centre that charge hefty fees. However, this is not a case for parents from lower-income group, who can send their children only to childcare centre that provide basic care with limited value in terms of preschool development.
