Most Laziest and Cheapest Way To Stay Thin and Healthy

Some Guy with Six "Pack"


As we all know, everyone wants healthy life(also some six pack like that guy above).But,don’t  worry,you don’t need to spend  a lot of money only organize habits and little desire to remain thin and healthy; that’s the cheapest way.



1. Continuous exercise
Your body should be moved to burn calories and accumulated fat and helps the body to more efficiently distribute nutritional requirements to the specific sections as needed. Walking, skipping, stretching for 30 minutes a day (every morning) consistently more encouraged than making aggressive exercise inconsistencies.


2. Early sleep
After a day of work hard, stay up all night actions are not wise action. The body is able to repair itself each time a night sleep, and body repair process is always more efficient if bedtime is the same. Irregular sleep can hurt sooner or later, so it's important for us to go to bed early as the simple steps to avoid disease.





 3. Nutritious Snack
 If you are not a person who practices a healthy and balanced diet, Nutritious snacks intake is the easiest way to maintain a healthy body. So a list of healthy snacks would include sources of "good" fat and protein like Nuts (raw),Cheese,Guacamole or avocado dip and also peanut butter.







4. Eat More Vegetables and Fruits, Cut Red Meat, Coffee, Sugar and Salt

Quite difficult to be practiced for some people because is not a favorite meals. But of course the easiest way to eat more vegetables is mix them up with some fruits and then drink with milk or chocolate milk.










5. Do not skip Breakfast  
A person leaving the majority of the morning meal will feel extremely hungry in the afternoon and evening. Although during the day looks good eating less, but eating at night can disturb the body due to the needs of habit digestion inconsistent, causing a lot of food is stored as fat can lead to a person who left a breakfast eat more than people who do not leave food in the morning .







6. Avoid Stress 
Under pressure can be a cause of disease risk. Avoid sources of stress such as in heavy traffic: car exhaust, loud horn sounds and the like, hair spray, pesticides and other chemicals are harmful no matter how good a healthy lifestyle that we practice   









7. Always Wash Your Hands 

Avoid pain by always washing hands. Except for fever and flu, sometimes in dirt bacteria and pathogens can train your body build a better immune system. But for someone who is old, middle-aged, frequent colds and flu is not the best choice to enjoy a healthy li
festyle 





                 8. Scheduled doctor's assessment      
                 Feeling healthy does not mean you're right healthy internally. 
                 Always do health screenings such as blood pressure, cholesterol   
                 nd other regularly.The simplest example: HIV is not a killer, if   
                detected early
